1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated via email.
2. Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
From this point, the order is officially handed over to our delivery partner and is considered in transit.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by couriers and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or peak shipping periods are outside our control.
4. Tracking Responsibility
All orders include tracking where available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates using the provided link.
If you do not receive tracking within the expected dispatch time, please contact us with your order number.
5. Delivery Completion & Risk Transfer
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier system, the order is considered fulfilled.
At this point, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels after confirmed delivery.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are fully responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping fees will apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please:
- Check your tracking link for updates
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- If unresolved, contact our support team for assistance
We will support investigations with the courier but cannot issue refunds for courier-related delays or confirmed deliveries.
8. Undeliverable Orders
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect details, the parcel may be returned to us.
Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs, or re-shipping fees may apply.
9. International Orders (if applicable)
International delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delays due to customs are outside our control.
