DM COLLECTION Refund & Returns Policy

At DM COLLECTION, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide premium products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order was incomplete
  • The product remains unopened and unused

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened fragrances
  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as DM COLLECTION is not responsible for lost return parcels.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.


Exchange Policy

We currently only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
